Around 69.31 per cent students passed out in 2011 Jharkhand Secondary Examination Board results, announced Tuesday in Ranchi.Jharkhand Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister Baijnath Ram released the results at Jharkhand Academic Council on Tuesday.Anjali of Hazaribagh district topped the list by securing 91 per cent marks.A total of 3,54,802 students appeared in the examination in the state.
