Vanessa Minnillo has a head start on love rival Jessica Simpson in their race down the aisle.The 30-year-old former MTV host threw a lavish wedding shower with fiancé Nick Lachey, 37, on last night at the London West Hollywood hotel in Los Angeles.The couple rented out the lavish roof top pool garden for the party and celebrity guests including NFL star Matt Leinhart and the groom-to-be’s brother
