Green Lantern movie 2011: weapons and ring power

Each Green Lantern in the Green Lantern corps has a power ring and power lantern. With those weapons, the ring bearer has great control over the physical world as long as the wielder has sufficient willpower and strength to wield it. Therefore, the ring and the lantern can be the most powerful weapons in the universe using by superhero and those weapons can be very dangerous. In the story of Green Lantern of Golden Age version, the ring has magical power.

There different little things about the ring power in every Green Lantern version but all the ring and lantern of Green Lantern superhero are created with the technology only known by the Guardians of the Universe. Those group of Guardians will select the right candidates to become their ring bearer and granted them with special power and abilities as well as special responsibility. Those superhero individuals, in which Green Lantern Hall Jordan is involved, made up the intergalactic police force which are known as the Green Lantern Corps.
