Nancy Grace Casey Anthony Latest News

Read here latest news about Nancy Grace  Casey Anthony Latest News - When the verdict in the murder of Casey Anthony was released today, the majority of the nation to produce a collective cry of indignation. Nancy Grace Kim Kardashian and almost every person I spoke to or saw a message on Facebook today, people are furious with the death of Caylee Anthony will not be avenged, and that the woman we all "knew" was not considered guilty.

Do not mince words, but rather to use them to light weight, thanks in particular our bubbling reaction. "There is no way the sentence that tells the truth as a defense, and champagne toast sits after the acquittal, somewhere out there, the devil dance tonight."

But that really do not know grace?

It's nice attention-grabbing rhetoric, but, like other coverage, she put all of this, his opinion is based almost exclusively on the emotional reaction to what she saw. And the fact that she and none of us saw or heard that the jury saw and heard - the evidence on which their decision was based.

Grace and others call it an outrage of justice, but the real disturbance here is how quickly the Americans in condemning our legal system is based on the rantings of people like Grace. Casey Anthony is guilty or not is not up to us, it is the jury. As for the decision is hard to believe, from what we saw, we should respect and trust that they do their job.

Like my brother, Rory Ryan, a professor at Baylor Law School, said much smarter than I could:

It was not a group of lawyers, legislators and business leaders, or with patterns. There were 12 people who had heard a lot and had to decide on a sensitive issue in their community. And I'm glad that they are not many of my friends on Facebook, will preside over the important issues in my community. Again, I thank the authors to assign these questions of the jury in place of those who watched the news underlines the title.

As far as I'm bad for little Caylee and outrageous things that she experienced during her all too short life, and as I suspected Casey of things much more than what she was convicted in my heart in my head, I think that the sentence reflects well on our judicial system. Namely, for the benefit of all of us that can never be falsely accused, it proves that our legal system works and that juries are able to differentiate between thinking someone is guilty, and it shows .. . regardless of what Nancy Grace said.
