Thor: god of thunder coming to film Thor is well known as ancient god throughout the history as recorded by Germanic people especially the Roman occupation of regions of Germania. Until now Thor is continuing to be acknowledged in rural folklore in Germanic regions. Even our modern world use his name for the name of a day in a week. Only small number of people maybe realize that Thursday is actually comes from the understanding of Thor’s day or the day of the thunder.
