Geylang bazaar with friends.

After sitting for a paper, I went down to Geylang Serai with my schoolmates. Our paper ended at 1900hrs and we had to masticate, on our way to Geylang, in the bus. It was hilarious actually.. I had this analogy that the bus driver was not too happy with the fact that, to be specific, we're drinking bubble tea and eating a slice of pizza in the bus. I mean we're not supposed to be doing that but the train systems in Singapore are much more harsh in terms of the 'No food and drinks" policy than bus rides. Imagine the amount of people boarding the bus during peak hours.. So, my thoughts went, "The bus driver did the jam-break thingy and I nearly lost my balance!" *doing the balancing and falling act* I shared this with my friends and they kinda agreed with me. We made a hell lotta noise on over way there. Like we own the bus. We're sorry uncle! It was so nice of you to not throw us outta of the bus!
Surprisingly, there weren't much people there. We arrived at about 8ish. My friends and I had our 2 round of food around Haig Road and the food was tasty and at a reasonable price! My first time because all these years, I was just a passer-by. I guess before the place looks so unfriendly. After the much needed renovation, I didn't mind eating there. I had a lotta fun albeit bought nothing inedible. There's just something about Geylang Serai that tempts people to munch, munch and munch! *winks*

Nevertheless, it was a look-look and see-see outing for me. I have not decided on what kinda outfit I should wear for this year's Eid Mubarak..

I wanna check out Arab Street Bazaar next!
