The word “Black Panther” is actually representing a rank of office in the Wakandan Panther Clan. Black Panther is the chief of Wakandan Panther Clan. As the chief, Black Panther is entitled to eat a special heart shaped herb. The herb can enhance the physical attributes like strength, agility, durability of the person who consumes it. The Black Panther therefore has a superhuman physical capability. The effect of the heart shape herb can be compared to the super soldier serum which has given to Steve Rogers, a weak little soldier which then turned into Captain America. Maybe this is why we see several fighting scenes between Black Panther and Captain America like the one we see above.
