Demi Lovato Opens Up About "Life-Long" Eating Disorder

Demi Lovato has been to hell and back - and star of 18 years, Disney, finally ready to tell his story.

In a new interview with Seventeen (via RadarOnline), Sonny with a chance to finally opens to an eating disorder "for life", which forced her into rehab in November last year.

"I do not think there will be a day when I do not think the food or my body", Lovato admits, "but I live with it, and I would like to tell girls to find them a safe place and stay with him."

"There were times when I was really tempted to get rid of my dinner," she says. "I'll talk to him for life because this disease for life."


After leaving the rehab was not disclosed in January, Lovato - who is currently an editor for Seventeen - says she has a new lease.

"I gave a lot of freedom, and I'm very calm now," she told the magazine.


brave young star hopes that sharing her words, she can help young girls who are facing similar struggles.

"It's important that you get your feelings, but do not harm your body because your body is so sacred," Lovato warning. "If you go through this dark period, go to your family and closest friends. Do not put yourself in danger."
