Touch & Go navigator


The "Touch & Go" is a navigation system for the visually impaired, which navigates them in the outside world and makes them autonomous even beyond the four walls of their homes. Combining a hand gadget with earpiece, the device can be worn around the hand like a fashionable accessory.
Featuring a tactile display that shows the directions as a relief map, the wearable navigator uses 1:1000 scales and plum in the center depicts the position of the user. Indicating the direction wherein the user has to move with an arrow, the system also provides auditory support via the earphone, which is fitted with an ultrasonic transmitter-receiver. Since the device fastens to the back of the hand, users can carry it around quite conveniently.

The Designaffairs Studio has idea an innovative light for use in illuminating path in the dark also navigates travelers to their desired destination without getting lost in crowded cities

The Tamtam flash is an innovative concept that has been designed to function like the route info on your path to allow an immediate and more intuitive navigation. The Tamtam looks like a compact and pocketable traditional flash light that projects navigation information of the desired way of the user to make them feel secured in an unknown foreign environment by generating an immediate and intuitive way of path finding.

Moreover, it features a zoom-able and scrollable digital map and can projects regular maps on any flat surface as well. The user can select one from the two navigation modes by turning the aperture and zoom in and out on the map in the map mode.

Besides, the Tamtam Flash can read QR tags to allocate additional information to help tourists. All the user need to do is rotate the light to switch between different modes of navigation.

Maptor, the map flashlight guide


The travels that must carry a map and stretch to see and fold many times get into trouble annoying the mind extremely. Thus have the originator gadget that can help solve this problem that call "Maptor"

Maptor be the combination of a map with projector or map with flashlight. Which, the user can project the desired map onto any surface, hand, floor, and walls for see the detail from a map picture projects, replace old method that must stretch out a map comes out to see.

Other good about the Maptor is that it has the zoom function in case of want to see the more detail has of and can download other map keep in Maptor. When, where are we wanted to go, we must know the destination. How are we will can know? That, the place where us will go, where is it that? , see a compass or stretch out a map or see GPS navigator. If, we haven't all? You try to stare at the ground at you are walking; you might see a map at help guide you. It is new idea at help guide you, it calls that "Map Hole"

Map Hole” is a new road guidance tool designed to direct pedestrians and travelers to their final destination using existing elements in the urban landscape. It locates the pedestrian with a starting point and provides information on the exact distance or average walk time to the listed landmarks. It listens to intriguing but I feel like I need a cartography degree to understand it.

If this were real, you might just enter a city full of confused people looking down at the ground.
