Twinkle Bajpai also known as Tia Bajpai was a finalist on the reality television music competition show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005.She also participated in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Ek Main Aur Ek Tu, a duet singing competition, where she won the Judges Choice Award along with her partner Vishwas. She is a participant on LUX Kaun Jeetega Bollywood Ka Ticket aired on 9X along with her partner Puneet.
She captained Uttar Pradesh in Saregamapa Mega Challenge 2009.
She used to play Lakshmi, the fourth daughter in the garodia house, in the Zee TV serial Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan. She played the role of Vaidehi in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.
In 2011, she starred in Vikram Bhatt's horror film titled Haunted, which was India's first stereoscopic 3D movie
