Sponsored Post: Fast and Furious 5.

I've fallen in love with a new beat! One of the movie soundtracks that actually has a 'disturbing' title. *acting innocent* I googled and it is actually a Portugese language. I thought it was Spanish! The title of the song is 'Danza Kuduro' which means 'Dance Tight Butt' in English.

Disturbing to some but kinda sexy in my opinion.
If you read my movie review on 'Faster', you will know why I'm all hyped to watch this movie! I would like to thank OMY.SG for selecting me to attend this preview. I brought my sister along with me and we manage to get great seats! Watching Fast and Furious 5 (FF5) feels like watching the continuation of Harry Potter. I've been following Fast and Furious since its first release and after watching this movie, I feel like watching Fast and Furious, all over again!

I watched the movie at ILUMA under filmgarde. I was quite stunted by the amount of movie halls that were occupied just for FF5. It was a massive movie preview. The movie lasted about slightly more than 2 hours but it didn't feel that long because the movie was truly entertaining. Other than watching Dwayne Johnson bust his moves .. *screams* .. The movie was filled with a healthy mixture of action, comedy and suspense.

Mia was pregnant. Brian, Mia and Dominic were wanted by the Federal Police. Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) was assigned to hunt them down. At the same time, Reyes wants the three of them, dead. So Dominic called back all his contacts from the previous Fast and Furious movies and set up a risky plan to take Reyes down. (I love reunions) Ludracris, Don Omar, Tego Calderon and Tyrese added a whole lotta humor in the movie! I laughed really hard! So anyways, Hobbs was obviously the unwanted third party but eventually he ganged up with Dominic to take down Tyrese and allowed them (disappeared within 24 hours) to rebuilt their lives. They weren't supposed to take the money but with the help of the rest they manage to get away with 11 million in I'm-not-so-sure-what's-the-currency!

What I do not like about the movie was the sudden change of heart that Hobbs has. I mean, there's no link other than Hobbs wanted to seek revenge because Reyes killed all his men. Apart from that, the narration towards the end was slightly corrupted. I wonder if it is rated NC 16? I figured it should be because of the slight corruption, rough languages and booty exposing babes during them race scenes.

Haha! I know, I'm not open-minded. ...Blah, blah, blah... But, this is Singapore and that's how we roll. I'm giving this movie 4 out of 5 popcorns. I wasn't restless! I know if my friends read this, they will not believe it! I wasn't restless with the movie but with the seat. Filmgarde chairs were very uncomfortable! After the movie, my sister's neck and mine were aching badly.. I went home with a migraine and immediately got into bed. I suggest you can watch elsewhere or get the couple seats. Not too sure if they got it, though.. We both enjoyed the movie so much, I was raving all about it on Twitter!

Thank you once again, OMY.SG!
