Are you pilot wannabe ???

Want to become a pilot?
Will be a lot of raised hands to answer that question, for sure it was including me.

The pilot is currently a very prestiges job, elite and exclusive, high income but high risk, but that's not my goal to become a pilot.

An interest and a passion in aviation, wanted to deliver a better service to others, can see the beauty of nature , the study of nature and other different environments, exploring space and seeing clouds, and you know that the earth is very beautiful when seen from above.

Being a pilot is an easy thing, but to be a good pilot, it is very difficult, the requirements are very hard, such as intellectual or aptitude, physical, mental and airmanship or attitude.

"Sky is Vast, but There's No Room for Error", a slogan which is attached to every  pilot, the sky is so vast, but there is no room at all to make mistakes, so the pilots must undergo periodical checks, start from Medical Check , Proficiency Check, Line Check, etc to be done, so that the aptitude and attitude skills of the pilot is always maintained and updated properly.

Why not join to a flying school?
Of Course I want learn and train to become a pilot at flying school, especially so many flying schools in Indonesia, as follows:

• STP Curug
• Alfa
• Deraya
• etc.
  

But this time the cost to join to the flying schools are still very expensive for the average Indonesian, so only a few people can join to a private pilot school.

There are several ways to join in school for free, the government schools such as STP Curug and through the Cadet Program from the Airlines, but is very difficult to pass the qualifications test.

Still can not be a real pilot, be a virtual pilot ...

Thanks to a program called Flight Simulator, especially Microsoft flight simulator, although masked to the game genre, but at least it can provide knowledge and entertainment to become a pilot.

The first program created by Bruce Artwick with sublogic company in 1977, issued a Flight Simulator FS1, FS2 in 1983,  then acquisition by Microsoft, and developed the FS until now called FSX.

On the flight simulator game, we became a pilot with the same airplane and airport as in the real world.

Another plus of this program, by using FSUIPC program we can integrate with other hardware or software, so many other friends can make a home cockpit.

Want more real, you can join online communities, IVAO and VATSIM, by using online network,  it's like a real pilot with a real controller and the real weather.

And now, I am happy to be a virtual pilot, and hopefully one day can become a real pilot.
