Favourite piece of architecture & My best creation work in 2008

Federation Square
This is my favourite piece of architeture, it is located in Melbourne called Federation Square. This building remains the full use of design principles. Filling up the surface with organic shapes makes the building itself unique. The different materials create the contrast between each other as well, while concrete presents the sense of solid, the glasses portrays the effect of transparent. The whole structure works very well both internal and external. You can actually look through out from inside. This makes the whole space widely enough. From my point of view. This is the most successful point among all. However, the weakness of this building is the lack of consideration of surrounding environment. It actually not works very well with the other buildings. For example, the central station, while the station is built in the classical style, the Federation square is more close to the modernism.
My best creation in 2008

In this design representing Federation Square, a series of connected cubes forms the outside structure, and light is allowed to penetrate the materials. The strong contrast of line and plane and the rhythmic use of pattern combine to create a dynamic whole.
