Frii, A Colorful Plastic Bike

Bicycles come enveloped with an element of fun and provide a pollution-free ride. A student from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Dror Peleg, has crafted a colorful bike named Frii. The Israeli designer has brought the product to life using recycled materials like plastic. What looks like a toy made from lego blocks comes coated with functionality!

Frii has been given an eye-catching outline and made using injection molding technology. The eco friendly bike will save the environment from the clutches of deterioration, unlike conventional metal bikes. A lot of trash keeps piling up every year that leads to pollution. People don’t even think once before discarding materials and hardly give them a second chance to decorate their lifestyle. But, the colorful creation will give salvaged plastic a new lease of life. The bike can be tailored as per a user’s whims and fancies and making one won’t require much effort.

It has been fitted with "flat tire"-proof wheels that have a measurement of 20 inch. Apart from this, the material used to make them has been put over the wheels. The wheels lend added strength to the overall construction, thanks to the shorter fork. The bearings are fitted into the mold prior to injecting, while crafting the bike. Adding extra muscle to the whole construction is the usage of plastic ribs. It also has a bottom shaped in the form of a pyramid, which will pump up the overall stability further.

The seat of this effervescent bicycle can be adjusted according to the comfort of a user. Frii plastic bike is quite sturdy and practical. It will be a delight for all the planet lovers because of the usage of salvaged plastic. If you are one amongst those who care for the environment, then Frii will definitely leave you impressed.

Tharula Electric Concept Bike

You have might to ever ride one giant wheel is like in a circus already, but Tharula Concept Bike might makes you feel like the entire world is one giant circus

Tharula is a bike for the roads of 2025 in the opinion of its designer. Obviously, it is not for the roads of today as you might find it hard to get to office and back home on a daily basis without attracting a fair bit of crowd. But we like the Ferrari-like Scarlet red on top and the all-electric vehicle ensures that your commute is clean and emission-free.

Its design is simple and stylish in a certain sense and we would love to ride it around both on and off road. There does not seem to be any space available for luggage and if you happen to catch a rainy day, then you are sure to get to office drenched completely. With such a small battery and motor, it may not offer plenty of mileage and would probably work as a substitute for Segway, rather than an electric bike

ARMADILLO Folding Bike

This folding bike is imbued with a central circular axis. Unlocking and rotating that axis would literally allow the bike to shift into a convenient 'shape'. In this posture, the seat and the wheels make an optimum angle with the axis, so that the bike can be rested as a tripod

This tripod incorporates a 'void', through which one could easily slip his hand and carry it upon his shoulders. Or he could even drag it by the wheels just like a traveling suitcase. It’s a completely zero emission mode of transportation that we can actually carry along with ourselves through the drudgery filled congested traffic areas.
