Futuristic Ferrari Monza Concept

Designer believes driving cars in the future will be akin to operating a PC. Humans lack the concentration and don’t want the skill in enforcing car. Because, everything was managed automatic by computer system

Unless, the pretty already. This car still must have the intelligence as well.

Ferrari Monza be next level of concept cars, it was designed see smart enough to drive itself. It will use the control that low speed by manual system. The pilot will sit inside the cockput just like how you straddle a motorcycle whenever you want to take over the driving, but whenever a specified speed limit is exceeded, the computer will automatically take over

Ferrari Monza, outside figure will don't be like a car in now because of the speed that increases very. Thus, aerodynamics then important many factors will to make this car stay on the ground, don't fly

Although, designing this will just take Ferrari Logo to stick, but designing this might the inspiration will in designing next in the future

Can Christopher Nolan Save the "Superman" Franchise?

From Deadline Hollywood

EXCLUSIVE: Warner Bros is trying to ready its DC Comics stalwart Superman to soar again on the Big Screen, and the studio has turned to Chris Nolan to mentor development of the movie. Our insiders say that the brains behind rebooted Batman has been asked to play a "godfather" role and ensure The Man Of Steel gets off the ground after a 3 1/2-year hiatus. Nolan's leadership of the project can set it in the right direction with the critics and the fans, not to mention at the box office. Besides, Nolan is considered something of a god at Warner Bros and has a strong relationship with the studio after the success of Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. Though he wasn’t obligated to do so, he gave the studio first crack at his spec script Inception, and Warner Bros was able to buy it before other studios even got a sniff. While Nolan completes that Leonardo DiCaprio-starrer for a July 16th release, he's also hatched an idea for Warner Bros' third Batman installment. Now his brother and frequent collaborator Jonah Nolan, and David Goyer who co-wrote Batman Begins and penned the story for The Dark Knight, are off scripting it. (See 'FlashForward' Showrunner Exits For Features).

Let us emphasize that Superman 3.0 is in the early stages of development. And we doubt Nolan would direct. This wouldn't be a sequel to Superman Returns but a completely fresh franchise. As one of our insiders reassures: “It would definitely not be a followup to Superman Returns." Nolan coming on board follows a hiatus period for Superman after that 2006 reboot as the studio tried to figure out whether or not to make a sequel to that version starring Brandon Routh directed by Bryan Singer. As recently as this summer, Warner Bros was still contemplating how to proceed. We were told that "Bryan or Brandon are not completely out of it yet. But Warner Bros doesn't have a handle yet on it, either. [Producer] Jon Peters is trying to make something happen since he stands to benefit financially. But they [the studio] need to hear a great story that makes sense." Another insider explained to us, "We know what we don't want to do. But we don't know what we want to do. We learned a lot from the last movie, and we want to get it right this time."

Read the rest of the article HERE

I got really excited when I first saw this article, then I realized that Nolan is going to "mentor" the film, not direct.

What does that mean exactly?

I LOVE Christopher Nolan. I think his retread of Batman is nothing shy of genius. So, in my perfect world, I'd have him directing the newest attempt to bring back Superman. I mean, does this mean he'll have input, but there's still the possibility that we could see someone like McG (shudder) helm this thing? I could weep at the thought.

Please tell me that "mentoring" means he'll eventually sign on to direct.

Anyone?

Lest We Forget...

My cousin just got back from Haiti. He went there with a medical team to get out supplies and aid to the earthquake victims. I live in California and remember the San Francisco and Northridge quakes really well-- obviously those were nothing compared to Haiti. But seeing the pictures really brings it home.

My cousin is already planning a trip back next month with my aunt's boyfriend to help the rebuilding effort. Those guys are my heroes.

Scaling Up

So just what are we talking about here when we talk about the US Steel site in Gary, IN? It's big, for sure, but how big is 'big'? To try to get an idea, here are some comparisons with some more familiar locales:

The site, in all it's barren, washed-out, strip-mined-lookin' glory.

Comparing the 8-mile long site to the Chicago Loop. Note: the defining boundaries of the Loop are somewhat flexible. In this instance the 4 sides are Wacker (N. and W.), Michigan Ave (E.), and Congress (S.), so as to encompass the full heart of the downtown area. The actual loop of the L -- from which the name comes -- is bounded by Wells (W.), Lake (N.), Wabash (E.), and Van Buren (S.), which forms a rectangle about 30% smaller than the one indicated above...

Gary/Chicago Airport compared to Tokyo, Detroit, and LAX. Check out how small LAX is compared to the others!

Here's how our site compares to everyone's favorite, FOA's Yokohama Terminal.

The site is bordered by the Indiana Dunes State Park to the east. Speaking of parks, here's how the size of London's Hyde Park and NYC's Cental Park compare.

And, finally, here's how the length of the site compares to the distance between Ann Arbor and Chelsea.
